I came across this a while ago, but didn't have a smartphone to use it. It's instructions for receiving text messages from TaskStream. I've not tried it yet to see if it works, but I thought I'd post it before I forgot about it. I'll try and remember to update this post when I figure out for sure if it works or not.
Log in to your WGU email account
Click on options (the wheel shape thing on the upper right corner)
Click on mail settings
Click on the 5th tab that says forwarding and pop/imap, then click on add a forwarding address
Type in: your cell phone [email protected] ---------------------------------->use if you have AT&T service
@myboostmobile.com ---------------------->use if you have Boost mobile
@messaging.sprintpcs.com -------------->use if you have Sprint service
@tmomail.net --------------------------------->use if you have TMobile
@vtext.com ----------------------------------->use if you have Verizon service
Click on next and then ok.
Click on the tiny tiny create a filter link located at the upper middle section
Type in [email protected]m in the* from *field
Type your wgu email address in the* to* field and click on next step
Click on the 5th box that says forward it and then click on create a filter and you should be set.
