- Watch the mentor's webinar video thingy after you've looked at, and decided which course of study to follow. This guy literally gives page number to refer to. (Although, I think the pages may actually be from another edition of the text, but it gives you some idea of where to look.) Take notes directly on the COS so that you don't forget.
- The simulation gives you an option to print practically every decision that you make. Do yourself and the trees a favor and don't print them. If you must, "print" the pages to PDF, but from what I can tell, there is no reason you should need a hard copy of every. single. page of the simulation. Also, there is a link at the end of each quarter in the simulation, Summary of Decisions, that should have most of what you need.
- Keep the tasks in front of you as you're doing the simulation and take notes so that you don't forget your reasons for making strategic decisions.
- I may be 100% wrong about this but, as far as I can tell, based on the information in the chapter (7) that the mentor refers to in the Communities thread regarding (sorry for the run-on sentence!) question B1 of Task 2 should read, "If this were real life, and you were truly expanding your company's operations to international markets, what type of information would you want to know?" For example, employment laws may be different in different countries. There may be more/less stringent environmental restrictions to adhere to.
- According to the mentor, we don't need to worry about citing the simulation in any of the tasks. (We'll see about that.)
